North Vancouver, British Columbia
Project Year: 2005

The project included budget preparation, detailed process design and detailed engineering. It involved the installation of a titanium plate heat exchanger, an FRP fresh water collection tank, a piping system and the associated controls.
The project required the removal of redundant equipment, site preparation, and the installation and tie-in of the new equipment.

The project was designed to use excess salt water to cool fresh water, reducing fresh water make up requirements for the plant.
